The fitted Kitchen/Breakfast room is equipped with a range cooker offering a choice of electric and fan ovens, separate grill, gas hob and griddle. There is also a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Other equipment includes a large range of utensils and crockery, glassware, kettle, toaster etc making cooking a meal for eight a straightforward task. The room is also equipped with a table and four chairs for occasional or breakfast use. A short flight of stairs leads to the utility room.
