Best kitchen equipment, cosiest seating and best games room we've had in a cottage. Loads of birds nests around, 2x bluetits in the building walls, nuthatch in a tree trunk near the parking, and a great tit in the front garden.

The cottage is superb and very cosy and we all had a lot of fun in the games room. The weather has been amazing so we walked every day. We will definitely be back

Really nice & warm. Beautiful views. The beds were amazingly comfy and the kitchen very well supplied with cooking utensils. The games barn came in useful during rainy evenings especially the ping pong table for the children.

A wonderful place to stay. Every eventuality catered for, Yes, even the candle and torch for the power cut. We had a lovely relaxing weekend. We would recommend Riggs cottage to friends and family.

We had a great stay by the Lakes, the cottage was extremely spacious even with two babes running around. The games barn was perfect for those who did not want to walk in the rain and offered entertainment for the evenings as well. The cottage itself was well equipped having everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Wow!. After descending the drive/track we came across this hidden gem. Stayed in many cottages in the Lake District but this outshines them all! May we wish all who stay here as wonderful a time as we hadll .

Thank you very much for a wonderful and comfortable stay in the Lakes. The cottage is well equipped, warm and the beds are so comfortable - one week is not enough. The games room was a 'God-Send' as it has rained most evenings! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had an amazing time here at Riggs Cottage. The cottage is beautiful and really well presented, clean, tidy and has everything you need. Its in the perfect location for doing lots of things: walking, shopping etc. Very useful having the games room and bothy. All 8 of us felt that we had lots of space. Really hope that we can come again.
