R iggs Cottage is situated in a secluded position a quarter of a mile down a rough track (suitable for cars) along with another house and former farmhouse. The garden is bordered at the front with a 17th century stone barn and stone Bothy and to the rear is a typical lakeland cottage garden sloping up from the cottage with a small stream bubbling past the cottage. Garden furniture and BBQ are available during the appropriate seasons.
